How to set up your FreedivingHome profile

After creating your account, you can personalize your profile to connect with the freediving community.

Go to your profile page and click "Edit Profile" to add your photo, bio, location, and freediving experience level. A complete profile helps other divers find and connect with you.

Your display name and profile photo are visible to other community members. You can control additional privacy settings from your account settings page.

Troubleshooting email verification

After registering, you will receive a verification email. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder first.

You can request a new verification email from the notification banner shown on the site. Verification emails are throttled to prevent abuse, so please wait a few minutes between requests.

If you continue having trouble, make sure the email address on your account is correct, and contact support if the issue persists.

Getting started with the training logbook

The training logbook lets you track your freediving workouts, build custom routines, and monitor your progress over time.

Access the logbook from the main navigation. You can log individual workouts, create reusable routine templates, and organize your training with folders.

The logbook is designed for freedivers who want to systematically track their training — whether you are working on breath-hold tables, depth training, or general fitness routines.
